By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission.
You are purchasing my service, not the ownership of the artwork.
I retain full intellectual property rights to the artwork.
I reserve the right to display, post, and promote the artwork for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.
Use watermarked versions when posting publicly.
Do not use the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
Do not copy, redistribute, edit, or claim the work as your own.
Do not remove or alter the watermark.
Personal use allows the client to enjoy the artwork without generating profit.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Avatars
Social media posts
Private printing (not for resale)...

Partial Commercial Rights : Limited commercial usageusage. Typically for streaming, promotional content, or non-merchandise use
Not offered:
Full Commercial Rights (merchandise sales)
Full Copyright Transfer (permanent transfer of all rights)
The artwork may not be used in any AI-related tools or processes, including but not limited to:
AI modification or enhancement
Feeding the artwork into AI models
Using AI to imitate or replicate my artistic style
The client is fully responsible for the legality and ownership of:
Original characters (OCs)
Copyrighted characters
Provided concepts or references
I am not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues related to the commissioned content.
The client may not alter colors, composition, or edit the artwork without my explicit permission
Any permitted edits must retain the watermark.
Payment method: Wise (recommended), VGen
Full payment is required before work begins
50% refund is available if work has started but the sketch has not yet been approved
No refunds after sketch approval
If I cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued
Average completion time: 2 weeks to 3 months per commission
Urgent commissions are temporarily closed
Clients will be notified in advance of any potential delays
Orders can be placed via VGen or Email if further discussion is needed
Text-only descriptions are not sufficient
Commercial usage must be declared before payment
I will confirm details and pricing before starting
Work starts after price confirmation and receipt of full payment.
The commission process includes four stages:
Concept / pose / overall sketch
Detailed sketch
Lineart
Coloring & final rendering
Progress updates will be sent at each stage
Please specify the name for the watermark.
Final files: high-resolution PNGs
Delivery via: VGen or Google Drive
Delays caused by lack of response are not my responsibility
Official communication channels: VGen, Email
Up to 5 revisions are allowed throughout the entire process
Additional revisions: $3 - 8 each (does not cover my errors)
Requests to change concept, design, or core ideas must be made before detailed sketch approval and may incur additional fees.
Multiple revision requests must be consolidated into one message; bit-by-bit feedback is not accepted.
Once a stage is confirmed, no revisions to the previous stages will be accepted.
