I am currently a member of the KPMG Nanjing Knowledge Discovery and Insights (KDi) team, where my responsibilities include testing and conducting commercial Large Language Model (LLM) testing and local deployment. I utilize hardware-efficient methods such as qlora and QGPT for model fine-tuning, distillation, and pruning. Additionally, I am involved in the collection of datasets from online resources and employ various methods to process the data, ultimately amplifying the training datasets. Lenovo: Thermal Emgineer Intern [Jan 2023 - May 2023] ⚙️📊
As a member of the Neptune Team, I conducted wind tunnel experiments for both air cooling and water-cooling programs, contributing to the thermal testing process. Additionally, I developed codes that combined Terminal Control Language and Python to run data analysis for over 100 mutual combinations and real server tests like IMPI, PTU and other server performance test. Through these activities, I gained a deeper understanding of the experiment process and accumulated reliable knowledge that helped me improve my problem-solving and design skills. Furthermore, I compiled different kinds of codes and files to build software that significantly improved working efficiency for thermal engineers, reducing the model testing cycle by over 10 times. I gratefully thanks to my team mentor Bejoy Kochuparambil.This experience has been valuable in developing my technical skills and ability to innovate and problem-solve in a team environment.

I take great pleasure in my role as the Community Assistant Coordinator, collaborating with my supervisor, Ms. Regina Royster, in an efficient manner. I lead a team of 10 student workers in providing exceptional service and fostering cooperation among over 500 residents, with the aim of enhancing their living experience, prioritizing their mental well-being, and surpassing their expectations. In addition, I effectively manage the designated area and engage in cooperative efforts with other resident villages to ensure efficient and reliable community service delivery.

I am grateful for the opportunity first time worked in a management-level position, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my supervisor, Mr. Quintin Terry, for entrusting me with this role and enabling my personal and professional growth. During my tenure, I successfully managed and supervised a team of 15 employees, providing them with guidance, training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure optimal productivity and foster their professional development. Furthermore, I devised and implemented strategic plans aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and improving overall team performance within the context of semester sports. In my role, I consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues, leveraging analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and innovative solutions.
