My research focuses on the physics of active and soft matter systems, particularly anisotropic and non-equilibrium fluids.. By combining analytical theory and large-scale numerical modeling, I investigate how topology, geometry, and flow interactions give rise to complex dynamics and emergent behavior in these systems, with applications ranging from microswimmer design to soft-matter-based information processing.

Do you want to design new modes of colloidal propulsion? Explore universal topological dynamics of active and driven nematic fluids? Learn how to model complex fluids with polar or nematic order parameters? If interested, send me an email with your CV and research interests, and I would be happy to discuss possible options.
