In my scholarly work, I focus on two primary areas:
Real Estate Finance: My research scrutinizes the effects of regional economic trends, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, ESG considerations, climate risks, and strategic planning on real estate investment outcomes. I aim to unravel these factors' complex influences on the sector's performance and sustainability.
Corporate Finance: This research explores how firms respond to geopolitical shifts, how to apply ChatGPT in finance research, and how financial technology affects financial institutions.
The objective of my research is to identify the primary factors driving success in these sectors, bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical applications.
I have taught a variety of courses in finance and real estate at both undergraduate and MBA levels, specifically:
Real Estate: I have delivered foundational knowledge through courses such as Real Estate Principles and Appraisal of Real Estate, alongside specialized offerings in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Investment.
Finance: My teaching portfolio includes essential courses like Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Securities Investment, International Finance, and Current Issues in Banking, complemented by Intermediate Financial Management.
