Ziedma ("we," "our," or "us") provides an e-commerce marketplace experience for browsing products, placing orders, managing deliveries, and communicating with sellers and support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how users can request account deletion, and the choices available to users.
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account information such as name, email address, mobile number, password, and profile image.
Order and transaction information such as cart activity, delivery address, order history, payment status, refunds, and support records.
Device and app information such as device identifiers, language, operating system, app version, push notification token, and diagnostic information.
Location information such as delivery location details, selected addresses, map pin location, and approximate or precise location data if you allow location-based features.
Content you choose to provide such as profile photos, refund attachments, chat messages, support messages, ratings, reviews, and partner application documents.
We use collected information to:
Create and manage user accounts.
Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
Process orders, deliveries, refunds, and customer support requests.
Provide address selection, map-based location features, delivery coordination, and location-relevant order services.
Send service notifications, order updates, and support messages.
Improve product quality, fraud prevention, security, and customer experience.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
If you grant access, Ziedma may use:
Location access to help you choose or confirm delivery addresses, improve delivery accuracy, and support location-based app features.
Camera access for profile images, product-related uploads, or support/refund documentation.
Photo library access to select and upload images.
These permissions are optional. Related features will work only when you choose to use them and, where required, grant the relevant permission.
Ziedma facilitates purchases for physical goods and related commerce services. Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly handled by the authorized payment provider in accordance with its own policies and security requirements.
We may share information with:
sellers and fulfillment partners when needed to process, prepare, and deliver orders,
payment providers to complete transactions,
cloud, analytics, messaging, authentication, storage, mapping, and customer support service providers acting on our behalf,
legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or platform integrity.
We do not sell personal information.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal or tax obligations.
Some order, transaction, payment, refund, delivery, support, or security records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law.
You can request deletion of your Ziedma account and associated personal data from inside the app.
To delete your account:
Open the Ziedma app.
Log in to your account.
Go to Settings or Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion information.
Confirm your request.
After confirmation and verification, we will process your account deletion request.

Please include the following information so we can verify your account:
Your full name
Your registered mobile number or email address
A clear request to delete your Ziedma account
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account.
When your account deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where applicable, including:
Account profile information
Contact details linked to your account
Saved delivery addresses
Profile image
App authentication data
Push notification token
Non-required support or communication records where applicable
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, refund, dispute resolution, or business record purposes.
This may include:
Order history
Transaction records
Payment status records
Refund records
Delivery records
Fraud prevention or security logs
Records required by applicable law
Retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable time. Some data may take additional time to be removed from backups or logs, subject to technical and legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their account credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Ziedma is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without an appropriate legal basis or required consent where applicable.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also manage certain permissions, such as location, camera, photo library, and notifications from your device settings.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers or infrastructure operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required.
