PROJECTS
Jan 2025 - Feb 2025
□ Problem: Lack of an interactive voice-based AI chatbot capable of real-time speech-to-text transcription and AI-powered responses. Need for a seamless, responsive UI that integrates Groq's Distil-Whisper and Llama 3 models.
□ Action: Developed a Gradio-powered chatbot deployed on Hugging Face Spaces, integrating Groq’s AI models for accurate transcription and intelligent responses. Designed a modern UI with styling, improving user experience and accessibility. Optimized speech processing and AI-generated conversations, ensuring high-quality outputs.
□ Result: Successfully built and deployed the chatbot, providing real-time transcription and AI-powered responses with high accuracy. Enabled seamless AI-driven interactions, enhancing accessibility for users across industries.
Skills: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech-to-Text (STT), AI Model Integration, Python, API Development, Gradio, Hugging Face, RAG
Apr 2024 - May 2024
□ Problem: Fluctuations in sales data without a clear pattern, complicating future performance forecasts. Variability in metrics such as customer numbers, lifespan, and average purchase value, obscuring the effectiveness of retention strategies. Wide variations in net profit and operating expenses, affecting accurate measurement of profitability and operational efficiency.
□ Action: Seasonal promotions and loyalty programs to stabilize sales. Personalized marketing and customer engagement initiatives to enhance retention. Cost optimization and investment analysis to improve profit margins and ROI
□ Result: The analysis provided valuable insights into the pharmacy's performance, leading to targeted initiatives aimed at stabilizing sales, optimizing customer retention, and improving profitability. These efforts will support Hayat Pharma in achieving sustainable growth and long-term success.
Skills: Data Analysis, Forecasting, Customer Retention Strategies, Marketing, Cost Optimization, Investment Analysis, Performance Metrics Evaluation
Mar 2024 – April 2024
□ Problem: Forecasting the crop export value for coming 3 years based on past 20 years data of different countries. Data quality and missing values. Risk of overfitting. Need for feature selection and transformation
□ Action: Imputed or removed missing data. Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) for feature selection. One-hot encoded categorical variables. Standardized numerical features. Combined numerical and categorical features into a single matrix. Split data into training (80%) and testing (20%) sets. Implemented a preprocessing pipeline. Designed an MLP model with specific layers and activation functions. Applied techniques to prevent overfitting (train-test split, validation split, early stopping, regularization, dropout, data swapping, simplifying the model)
□ Result: Evaluated model performance using Mean Squared Error (MSE). Ensured good generalization and accurate predictions on unseen data. Successfully forecasted export value of crop products three years into the future.
Skills: Data Imputation, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Feature Selection, One-Hot Encoding, Data Standardization, Model Design (MLP), Overfitting Prevention, Model Evaluation (MSE)
□ Problem: Decreasing sales and declining profitability. Significant sales disparities between Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales. Limited market insight into customer preferences in Queensland. Inefficient distribution networks and logistical barriers. Ineffective marketing campaigns in Queensland. Lack of product differentiation for Queensland consumers.
□ Action: Conducted market segmentation (geographic, demographic, psychographic, behavioral), collected customer insights, analyzed competition, developed strategies for Queensland, and implemented business intelligence dashboards.
□ Result: Enhanced market insight into Queensland customer preferences, developed targeted marketing campaigns, improved distribution logistics, and increased sales through effective strategies.
Skills: Market Segmentation, Customer Insights, Competitive Analysis, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence Dashboard Implementation
□ Problem: Design a Big Data visualization product for junior government officials with limited knowledge of data science. Enable officials to visualize data compellingly for professional data-driven journalists.
