STA314: Statistical Methods in Machine Learning I

Description: I taught this course at the University of Toronto during the Summer 2023 semester. This course covered statistical methods for supervised and unsupervised learning from data, including topics such as regression and classification; regularization; cross-validation; principal component analysis (PCA); Bootstrapping methods; clustering and Bayesian inference.
