My main interest is on kinetic models in plasma theory. The problems that I've been focusing on includes the existence of the equilibria of the relativistic Vlasov-Maxwell system and the stability properties of them. In particular, I'm interested in plasma confined in a bounded domain. I also study the Vlasov-Poisson system and have been working on the blow-up-like behavior of the solutions.   

On the other hand, fluid dynamics and some dispersive equations also caught my attention. I'm working on problems concerning the stability of the solutions of Benjamin-Ono equation and Navier-Stokes equation. 

In general, I am open to exploring a wide variety of PDE models, especially kinetic theory, fluid models as well as dispersive equations.
