I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Arkansas. Before joining the University of Arkansas, I was a Golomb Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Purdue University, where I was mentored by Prof. Changyou Wang. Prior to that, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Basque Center for Applied Mathmatics (BCAM), mentored by Prof. Arghir Zarnescu. My research interests lie primarily in partial differential equations, the calculus of variations, and geometric measure theory, together with their applications to mathematical models in physics, particularly liquid crystal models and phase transition models.

I got my PhD in 2020 from Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University, supervised by Prof. Fanghua Lin.
