I completed my Ph.D. in the Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics (AEDE) at The Ohio State University. 

In Fall 2026, I will join the Department of Applied Economics at University of Minnesota Twin Cities as an Assistant Professor and E. Koller Chair in Agricultural Management Information Systems . 

My research interests focus on agricultural economics, agribusiness, commodity markets, and agricultural finance, with an emphasis on the impacts of macroeconomic conditions, government policies and interventions, and technology innovation on commodity markets, commodity forecasts accuracy, and market structure.

I hold dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Financial Management from University of Minnesota, Morris, and an M.S. in Environmental Economics and Urban Planning from Tufts University.
