Biography

Zheng Gong is currently working in the City University of Hong Kong. He received the B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), Shenzhen, China, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University of Waikato (UoW), Hamilton, New Zealand, in 2022. He has visiting experience at King’s College London (KCL), London, UK, and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China. 

His current research interests include microwave imaging and sensing, antennas, computational electromagnetics, and biomedical applications. He served as the Committee Chair of the IEEE China Student Congress and received the Darrel Chong Award for team achievement. He serves as a Guest Editor of IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation.
