I am from Youyang, a quaint city located in the south of Chongqing. After completing my bachelor's degree in financial engineering at Beihang University, my passion for research blossomed during my time at the University of International Business and Economics. The enthusiasm I developed for learning and research drove me to embark on a journey to pursue a PhD in finance at University of Manitoba. As an aspiring academic, I am eager to combine my love for conducting research with the joy of teaching, and I look forward to securing an academic position in the near future.

Beyond academia, I indulge in several hobbies that bring immense joy to my life. Photography takes precedence among them. Every year, I embark on trips for capturing captivating moments. The thrill of discovering breathtaking landscapes and capturing them with a simple press of the shutter fills my heart with delight. Each photograph holds a cherished memory, etched forever in the tapestry of my life. Additionally, I find solace and excitement in snowboarding, fishing, anime, and music, which further enrich my life's experiences.
