Invented the first DL methodology to assess 3D regional wall motion from 4DCT.

Developed a powerful technique to measure 3D regional myocardial strain from 4DCT and investigated its utility to evaluate cardiac functions in clinics.

Proposed a customized multi-task U-Net to accomplish two essential CT image processing steps: image segmentation and plane re-slicing.

Precise Measurement of Coronary Stenosis Dimension from CCTA, 2017.04 - 2019.04
Developed a new algorithm that largely enhanced the accuracy of stenosis dimension quantification when the size is below CCTA image resolution.
