    • Leveraged implicit neural representation to optimize the motion estimation applicable to any complex motion. Accepted for presentation at CT Meeting 2022.



  • "CT SQUEEZ": a New Method to Quantify Regional Myocardial Strain, 2016.01 - 2022.06

    • Developed a powerful technique to measure 3D regional myocardial strain from 4DCT and investigated its utility to evaluate cardiac functions in clinics.

  • Deep Learning Cardiac Chamber Segmentation and Plane Prediction, 2019.04 - 2020.12


  • Precise Measurement of Coronary Stenosis Dimension from CCTA, 2017.04 - 2019.04

    • Developed a new algorithm that largely enhanced the accuracy of stenosis dimension quantification when the size is below CCTA image resolution.
