About me
About me
Hi, welcome to my homepage! I'm currently a third year SUTD-NUS Joint Ph.D. Candidate at ESD, SUTD and ISEM, NUS. I am honored to be supervised by Prof. Xiaotang Yang and co-supervised by Prof. Xiaobo Li and Prof. Karthyek Murthy. Prior to my PhD, I obtained my master's degree from Waseda University in 2023 supervised by Prof. Fujimura Shigeru and bachelor degrees from Curtin University and Yanshan University in 2021. My research focuses on data-driven decision making under uncertainty by using optimization, machine learning, queueing theory and discrete choice modeling with applications in inventory management and traffic networks. High-Dimensional Statistics
Bringing these strands together, I also consider to explore how embedding learning into large-scale stochastic systems can significantly enhance personalization and reduce regret, recognizing that large-scale approximations may not always capture the nuances of smaller-scale decisions.
