🔸 The Artist retains all artistic and printing rights to the artwork commissioned, and ask that commissioned work not be commercially distributed or publicly printed without credit and explicit written permission. The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

🔸 Any and all work completed can be used for display and portfolio purposes.

The artist reserves the right to publish all WIPs on their profile. If you don't want this, let us know right away.

🔸 The Client may create up prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.

🔸 The Artist reserves the right to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Client for other commissions or personal works.

🔸The Artist will not handle depictions of illegal activities, hateful images or trademarked characters without permission from trademark holder. Non-explicit fetish, artistic nudity, violence, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

🔸The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

⚠️Pay Attention⚠️

🔸 Each artwork I do is personal for me. If customer has any absurd questions for me, unacceptable claims and very negative emotions, I have a right to refuse to fulfill the order and don’t work with this customer again in the future.

🔸 Don't bother me every day with the phrase "how soon will art be ready?" - each artwork has deadline, i do arts in this time period.

 The client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

🟢I do: 

Any animal and author biological species or mysterious species 

anthro \ feral \ semi-feral characters

wings are for extra payment

🔴I do not:

Any human-faced characters, any robotic or mechanic species (protogens as exclude)

Any nasty fetishes like copro, zoo, pedo

Any architecture and backgrounds with interior and exterior

I don't really like to do NSFW content
but you can take it for +100% payment

Count starts with first sketch I've sent you.

Deadline for sketches - 1-2 weeks.

Deadline for full render artworks - 3-4 weeks.

After payment I draw a sketch and show it to the customer to approve. Also I can show sketches with approximate colors.

Customer can ask WIP at any moment of work.

I can correct minor things in the process for free. 

Big corrections will be cost money ($5 for each one)

The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
