I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Research Officer at Institute for Social and Economic Research, University of Essex.
I completed a PhD in Economics at The University of York.
I am an applied economist who uses economic models and microdata to understand the consumption, saving and labour supply behaviours of individuals and households.
My research is related to macroeconomics, household finance, labour economics.
