Research Experience

I. Visiting research at Department of Electrical Engineering, UCLA.

Study magnetization dynamics driven by current-induced spin-orbit torque in magnetic thin film based on CoFeB materials.

II. Ph. D research at Tsinghua University, China.

(1) Micromagnetic study of spin dynamics driven by spin transfer oscillator (STO), especially the frequency behavior with anisotropy defect.

(2) Microwave assisted magnetic switching (MAMR)

a) Material microstructure of [CoX/Pt] high anisotropy media for high Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)

b) Frequency selection mechanism and optimization.
