Welcome!
I'm Zhaowei Zhang, an Assistant Professor of Finance at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, School of Accounting and Finance. I obtained my Ph.D. in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. My research interests include asset pricing, derivatives, FinTech, machine learning & AI, commodities, and banking.
Prior to the Ph.D. program in finance, I was a Ph.D. candidate and received my M.S. degree from the Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics, The Pennsylvania State University. I obtained my B.S. in physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
