I received my Ph.D. from the Toulouse School of Economics, University of Toulouse 1, France. My areas of research are corporate finance, corporate governance, and institutional investors. My publications appeared in the Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Strategic Management Journal, and other journals. My papers were presented at top academic finance conferences such as AFA, WFA, EFA, and FIRS. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, running, traveling, football, photography, and Yoga.
