A slightly bittersweet kind of happiness: our paper on nanoplastic–heavy metal interactions received comments from 11 reviewers, and the deadline is July 22.  I tell myself, I need to keep bitter smile 😂🙂🤤 Interesting!

During the collection of shredded waste

we found metal scraps with a distinctly Japanese aesthetic.
