Welcome! We are an integral part of the Department of Physics at the University of Central Florida. We are interested in experimental quantum physics at the intersection of and integrated photonics, nanomechanics and superconducting circuits. 

Research Synopsis

The advance of quantum science and technology is revolutionizing modern information systems with promises of exponential computation speedup, secured communications, and high-precision sensing. Our research focuses on the understanding and the synergistic integration of different quantum hardware platforms including photonics, nanomechanics, and superconducting circuits. We leverage the light-matter and photon-phonon interactions at the nanoscale, along with the state-of-the-art nanofabrication facilities at UCF to tackle the outstanding global quantum challenges and push the boundaries of quantum information science.
