This was my first task when working at WeStudy - managing the company's Instagram and Facebook, along with another colleague. Unlike Facebook, the interaction on Instagram was not very good at that time, with about 5-6K followers and the level of interaction was also irregular.
My job did not have KPIs, nor was there pressure to grow, just to maintain a regular posting frequency. However, I set KPIs for myself, which was to increase 1000 followers on Instagram organically after 3 months.
Starting with improving the quality of content, synchronizing the feed's color, and implementing interactive activities with followers, I not only achieved "personal KPIs" but also completely changed the "position" of the Instagram channel in the eyes of the superiors. Instagram @westudyvn has risen to become one of the channels with the highest conversion rate for WeStudy.
Currently, WeStudy's Instagram has 29.4K followers, and I can proudly say that I am very happy to be a part of that development.

If the previous task was the first assignment, then this is the final task of I at WeStudy. Based on my performance throughout the work, the line manager entrusted me with the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) planning for the company's new product - a programming course.
In the proposed plan, I suggested building an IT-focused Facebook page, as well as other PR/Branding activities. I also designed the Key Visual used consistently across various communication channels to the landing page.

Following the rapid development of Instagram, We Study have paid more attention to the potential of brand-building activities. Therefore, I have been tasked with building and developing a community of ambitious Gen Z youths who are eager to develop and are willing to pay for skill-building courses - WeStudy's products.
The real challenge lies in maintaining interaction within the group. In addition to encourage members to interact with each other, I have arranged personalized Giveaway events and competitions with prizes. I'm also responsible of 50% group content (seeding and non-seeding) at that momment.
