Welcome!
I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Sociology, Stockholm University, with a specialization in Political Science and Political Sociology. I earned my Bachelor's degrees in History and Political Science from Uppsala University, and I completed my Master's degrees in Political Science and Current Democracies at Ludwig-Maximilian Universität (LMU) in Munich and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona.
My research is rooted in the intersection of political science and political sociology, with a focus on political behavior and spatial electoral patterns. My dissertation project delves into the influence of historical institutions and experiences on long-term political behavior, a theme that resonates through my broader research interests in comparative politics, political economy, environmental politics, quantitative methods, and historical political economy.
I have had the privilege of being a visiting student at the European University Institute in Florence and the Department of Political Science at Stockholm University. My professional experience extends to positions at Linköping University, the Barcelona Centre for European Studies, and LMU.
