To enter Wako campus

In order to enter the Wako campus, you need an entry pass.

We will prepare a name tag for each participant which will be a temporary entry pass during the conference. All registered participants must drop by the West Gate on their first arrival in RIKEN and mention their names. Please proceed to the conference registration desk, located in front of the conference room, to get your name tags. The conference registration desk will be open 30 minutes prior to the start of the program, except on March 21 and 22 when the registration starts at 12:00.

※ Please be noted that the conference room will also be open 30 minutes prior to the start of the program. There is a space to work, relax or do discussion in front of the conference room which is free for use when you arrive early.
