While scanning codes with your device's camera, please follow these rules to scan codes correctly. Make sure your device is parallel to the code.
• Point the camera to the code & don't tilt the device. The camera will automatically detect the code.
• Avoid glare and shadows directly on the code image. If you are scanning the code from a computer screen or other reflective surface and your device has torch capability, do not use the torch as it will create glare on the screen and you may not be able to scan the code.
• If you are scanning the code in a dimly lit place and your device has torch capability, use it for extra lighting. If you cannot scan the code even if you are using these tips, the code may not be a supported code. See the examples page to see if this is the case.
