Terms and Conditions

Venues outside Manila or nearby areas may incur additional charges depending on the location. This should be shouldered by the client if needed or can be waived if transport is provided, or if discussed on a certain agreement indicated on this contract.

We have the right to use the output for portfolio and ads purposes even without any consent from the client unless we are bound not to do so in the agreement contract.

Output cannot be used on commercial purposes (such as print ads) without any consent and credit from the photographer/videographer and/or Zerose7en.

Client understands that Final output may not include all shots taken during the event. Therefore, all requests such as BGM choice, additional shot list, etc. should be informed prior to event. Such will not be entertained during or after post processing period.

All outputs have a standard 4-5 weeks processing after each session unless commitment was provided which will be indicated on the terms above. Rush request can be accommodated but our commitment and responsibility still stand on our standard duration of post process.

Once outputs are handed over, all final softcopies are deleted on our database after a month. Any extension to store the files in our database is subjected for a recurring storage fee per month.

Raw files and video clips are not included on our output. However, it can be requested prior to the handover as long as separate storage will be provided and will have necessary fees. We do not provide CR2, NEF or ARW files, therefore unedited JPEG will be provided instead. Raw file request should be requested prior to the output handover. Raw files will be deleted within 3 days after the final output was provided.

Calendar Lock fees of 20% of Total Package price or PHP 2000 whichever is higher, are completely non-refundable. Strictly no lock fee means that the date is still available for other possible clients. 

In any event that the services indicated on this contract are not met caused by uncontrollable events such as weather, life threat on team members, accidents or any of same form are still not a reason for a refund, but a reasonable compensation can be discussed.

Zerose7en Production uses 3-way backup system and has paid/licensed recovery software to safe keep our data from any nature of data loss. We will take all reasonable precautions to backup and store images and videos but cannot be held responsible for data loss beyond our control.

Payment terms cannot be changed once contract is already signed. Payment should be fully paid on the same date of the event.

Any form of emergencies such as change of venue or dates must be coordinated before the event. Any jeopardy due to miscommunication will not be our responsibilities.

Change of date and time are always subject for availability based on team’s calendar of events.

Zerose7en has the right to discontinue or cancel the contract/service in any situations that client cannot be contacted, unable to settle balance or any payment terms indicated on this contract, and or abused/threaten (in any form) by the client or by its associates.

Upon signing of this contract, our team expected that you have checked and studied the style and quality of our service via portfolio/online page. Any satisfactory issues on our outputs are not qualified for any form of refund. We will not be responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation from anyone in the event including the client.

Our team “Zerose7en” stands as a freelancer group, no such means that we will be recognized as a business of any form or on behalf any name of an individual. We do not issue any official receipt nor possess any business requirements, documents or such.
