Welcome to zero-kata! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("zero-kata"). By downloading or using zero-kata, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using zero-kata, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
zero-kata offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. All payments and refunds are processed by Apple, in accordance with their refund policy.
3. Use of the App
By using zero-kata, you agree to:

✅ Not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without explicit permission.
✅ Not engage in any unauthorized use, including reverse engineering or disrupting the App’s functionality.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain features at any time without prior notice.

zero-kata is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
