These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zero Eat | Kitchen mobile application (“the App”), operated by Kello Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you submit or upload to the App.

• The App allows you to take or upload photos of products to generate recipes based on detected products.

• We do not guarantee that any recipes or suggestions generated will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your dietary or health needs.

• You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload.

• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze it solely for generating recipes within the App.

• We do not store your photos permanently after processing.

4. Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Kello Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App.

• Upload harmful or malicious content (including viruses or malware).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

• Any reliance on the generated recipes is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Kello Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

• This includes, but is not limited to, any health or dietary issues caused by following generated recipes.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

• The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent version.
