Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how ZeroChallenge ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services. The types of information we collect include:
User-Provided Information:
◦ Nickname: When you play, we associate your game records with a player nickname. This can be a default name or one you choose when signing in.
Automatically Collected Information:
◦ Game Data: We store your game progress, including wins, losses, high scores, and records for different difficulty levels (including "Unique" mode targets).
◦ Advertising ID: We use Google's advertising ID to serve personalized ads within the App through Google AdMob. This identifier helps in providing a more relevant advertising experience.
◦ Device and Usage Information: Firebase, a Google service we use, automatically collects certain information, such as your device's unique identifiers, device type, operating system, and crash data to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain the Service: To save your game progress, display your scores on leaderboards, and track your records in the "Records" and "World List" sections.
To Show Advertisements: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which helps keep the game free. AdMob uses the Advertising ID to show you ads that are more likely to be of interest to you.
To Improve Our App: We analyze usage data and crash reports through Firebase to understand how players interact with our game, identify issues, and improve stability and features.
For Leaderboards and Social Features: Your nickname and scores are displayed on public leaderboards ("World List") to foster a competitive community.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information under the following circumstances:
With Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our App. These include:
◦ Google Firebase: For backend services, including authentication, database (Firestore for records and leaderboards), and analytics. You can learn more about Google's privacy practices here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
◦ Google AdMob: For serving advertisements.
Publicly: Your nickname and game records are publicly visible on the in-game leaderboards ("World List").
4. Your Choices
Advertising ID: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings.
In-App Purchases: You have the option to make a one-time purchase to remove all advertisements from the App.
5. Data Security
We use services from Google Firebase, which implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
