These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Zero21: Solitaire Puzzle (the "App"), developed and operated by Puzzloft ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the App strictly for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
The App includes virtual currency (such as Coins and Gems) and virtual items (such as Power-ups like Undo, Hold, MIN, MID, and MAX cards).
No Real-World Value: Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, real goods, or services from us or anyone else.
Licensing, Not Ownership: When you "earn" or "purchase" virtual items or currency, you are receiving a limited license to use them within the App. You do not own them.
Purchases are Final: All transactions for virtual currency and items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform terms (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
To utilize certain features, such as daily challenges, user logins, or competitive leaderboards, you may be required to create an account or link a third-party profile.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Fair Play: You agree not to use exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the App's normal gameplay, progression systems, or leaderboards.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, leaderboards, or specific features at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
The App is supported by third-party advertisements (such as banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads). By using the App, you acknowledge that we may serve ads and that you may receive in-game rewards for interacting with certain advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these third-party ads or the products and services they promote.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, names, dialogue, catchphrases, artwork, graphics, animations, sounds, musical compositions, and audio-visual effects, are owned by or licensed to Puzzloft. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzloft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzloft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or local courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction/City].
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
