Zero Fat Goals · Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy explains how Zero Fat Goals handles information when you use the Android app, including its ad-supported update. The app's package name is com.shezz.zerofatgoals. Available features depend on the version you install.
Your fitness profile and workout records are stored on your device. No app account is required.
Ad-supported versions use Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent tools. Advertising can involve device identifiers, approximate location and interaction data.
We do not attach your health records, measurements, injuries or search terms to advertising requests.
You choose what to share and can manage local data and available privacy choices.
Depending on the features you use, the app stores:
Profile details you enter, such as name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, activity level and preferred units.
Goals, training ability, equipment, schedule and exercise preferences.
Injury or recovery details you choose to record, including pain, surgery information, clearance status and notes; and daily check-ins such as sleep, energy and mood.
Workout plans, exercises, repetitions, durations, weight used, perceived exertion, completed or interrupted sessions, achievements and progress.
Favorites, custom routines, drafts, reminder times, and display and audio preferences.
This information supports the app's plans, session recovery, progress displays and preferences. It is kept in app-private storage on your device; we do not upload these fitness records to an account or developer-operated cloud sync service. This version does not connect to Health Connect or Google Fit.
Ad-supported versions include Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform. The app begins with an ad-free period. Later, ads may appear in Explore and occasionally after a completed workout summary. No app-open or rewarded advertising is used in this version.
Google's advertising SDK may collect and share your IP address, which can indicate approximate location; app and ad interactions, such as launches, taps and video views; diagnostic and performance information; and device/account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Google describes these uses as advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data handling depends on consent, device settings and ad-serving mode. See Google's advertising SDK data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not add your fitness profile, health or injury information, measurements, workout records or search terms to ad requests. This does not mean the advertising SDK collects no information.
The app uses Google's consent process when a form is required, and requests ads only when Google's consent system permits it. When required privacy options are available, you can reopen Ad privacy choices under You → Ads & privacy. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings and use Google's ad controls. Changes do not automatically erase information already held by Google.
Optional progress sharing lets you choose the displayed fields and inspect an image before opening Android's share menu. Information is shared with the app or recipient you select. Canceling the menu does not choose a recipient. The app uses temporary share files and cleans them up; copies saved or sent through another app remain under your control and the recipient service's practices.
One-time ad removal is being prepared, but checkout and the purchase-verification service are not active in the current release configuration. The app does not receive payment-card details. Google Play handles any Play transactions and transaction records under its own terms and privacy practices. We will update this policy before activating server-side purchase verification, including the information sent to that service and its retention practices. Deleting local workout data does not cancel a Google Play purchase or erase Google's transaction history.
Notification permission is used for reminders you enable. Reminders are scheduled locally; you can change them in the app or revoke notification permission in Android settings. Denying permission leaves the other app features available.
Internet and network access support advertising and consent. The advertising SDK can access advertising identifiers subject to Android controls and consent. The app does not request GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone or calendar access. An IP address can still indicate approximate location. Coach cues use an available offline Android text-to-speech voice; the app does not record your voice.
Your fitness records remain in local app storage until you remove them with the applicable app controls or clear that storage. The app also keeps local advertising-pacing counters and consent-related settings. Advertising pacing and purchase-receipt caches use storage excluded from app backup.
Android, Google or your device manufacturer may back up or transfer other app data if you enable device backup or migration. Those copies follow the provider's settings and policies. Clearing the app or uninstalling it does not guarantee that older backups or previously shared copies are erased, and restoring a backup may restore local records.
Google manages advertising information under its own retention and privacy practices. We do not set a universal retention period for Google's systems. If you email us, we receive your email address and message to respond to your request; please avoid including unnecessary health details.
View your fitness records in the app and use the available editing controls to correct them.
Use the app's separate plan-reset, history-deletion or all-local-fitness-data controls, where available. Review the confirmation because these actions have different scopes.
Use Android's app settings to clear app storage or uninstall the app. Manage backups separately in your device or backup-provider settings.
Manage reminders, advertising-ID settings and available ad privacy choices separately. Local fitness deletion does not itself withdraw a Google consent choice or delete Google's records.
Contact us for questions or privacy requests. Because we do not hold a cloud copy of your fitness database, we cannot retrieve or remotely edit those device-only records.
Fitness records use Android's app-private storage. Google states that its advertising SDK's collected data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and review the privacy practices of services you use for backups, email or sharing.
This policy page is hosted on Google Sites. Visiting it involves Google's website services, which are covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
The app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us. A parent or guardian can manage the device's app storage, permissions and backup settings.
We may update this policy when app features or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Review this page before using newly introduced online or purchase features.
