Privacy Policy and Terms:
The Mobile Application [Uni Invoice] (the "App") developed and operated by Zero Digit is offered to its visitors, who may view the Website/Mobile Application ("Visitors") upon the Terms and Conditions provided hereunder. By accessing and/or using the Website/Mobile Application, you agree (1) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and are deemed to have read and understood all of its contents and implications; and (2) you grant your free and unconditional consent to be subject to these Terms and Conditions as applicable.
This privacy policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy") describes how we collect and use the Personal Data that we receive about you, as well as your rights in relation to that Personal Data, when you visit our Mobile App or use our Services.
This Privacy Policy does not cover any information that we may receive about you through sources other than the use of our Mobile App. The Mobile App may link out to other websites or mobile applications, but this Privacy Policy does not and will not apply to any of those linked websites or applications.
We are committed to the protection of your privacy while you use our Mobile App.
THE PERSONAL DATA WE RECEIVE FROM YOU:
The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Depending on how you use our Mobile App, you will be subject to different types of Personal Data collected and different manners of collection:
a) Registered users: You, as a user of the Mobile App, may be asked to register in order to use the Mobile App or to purchase the Services available for sale.
During the process of your registration, we will collect some of the following Personal Data from you through your voluntary disclosure:
Name, Email Id, Organization Name
Personal Data may be asked for in relation to:
I) Interaction with our representatives in any way
II) Making purchases
III) Receiving notifications by text message or email about marketing
IV) Receiving general emails from us
By undergoing the registration process, you consent to us collecting your Personal Data, including the Personal Data described in this clause, as well as storing, using or disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
b) Unregistered users: If you are a passive user of the Mobile App and do not register for any purchases or other service, you may still be subject to certain passive data collection ("Passive Data Collection"). Such Passive Data Collection may include through cookies, as described below, IP address information, location information, and certain browser data, such as history and/or session information.
c) All users: The Passive Data Collection that applies to unregistered users shall also apply to all other users and/or visitors of our Mobile App.
d) Information of Invoice, Purchase, Payment, Clients, Products or any other feature used within the Mobile Application/ Website are NOT stored anywhere apart from your local device storage. We bear no liability towards security and privacy.
e) Email Marketing: You may be asked to provide certain Personal Data, such as your name and email address, for the purpose of receiving email marketing communications. This information will only be obtained through your voluntary disclosure and you will be asked to affirmatively opt-in to email marketing communications.
f) User Experience: From time to time we may request information from you to assist us in improving our Mobile App, and the Services we sell, such as demographic information or your particular preferences.
g) Combined or Aggregated Information: We may combine or aggregate some of your Personal Data in order to better serve you and to better enhance and update our Mobile App for your and other consumers' use.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
We primarily use your Personal Data to help us provide a better experience for you on our Mobile App and to provide you the services and/or information you may have requested, such as use of our Mobile App.
Information that does not identify you personally, but that may assist in providing us broad overviews of our customer base, will be used for market research or marketing efforts. Such information may include, but is not limited to, interests based on your cookies.
Personal Data that may be considering identifying may be used for the following:
a) Improving your personal user experience
b) Communicating with you about your user account with us
c) Marketing and advertising to you, including via email
d) Fulfilling your purchases
e) Providing customer service to you
f) Advising you about updates to the Mobile App or related Items
Terms and Conditions:
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Zero Digit is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The UNI Invoice app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the UNI Invoice app won’t work properly or at all.
The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Zero Digit will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Zero Digit cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Zero Digit cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Zero Digit cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Zero Digit’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Zero Digit accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Zero Digit does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
User Submission and Content:
The User agrees to the terms and conditions of conduct set our herein below with reference to the Content.
The User agrees that:
1. He/She is over 18 years of age.
2. The User will not publish, post, display, upload, distribute or disseminate any profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or unlawful topic, name, material or information of any kind.
3. Provide material that exploits or violates any person in any manner.
4. Provide false information on the registration form /profile, or impersonate others so as to mislead or confuse other Users regarding the source of the Content.
5. Present to third parties any Content or material in a manner that could be construed as conveying sponsorship, endorsement, option, or representation or warranty of ZERO DIGIT.
6. Use the Website/Mobile Application in violation of any local, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, regulation, rule, code or guidelines for the time being in force.
7. Upload files that contain software or other material that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. Upload content /files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or computer systems.
9. Violation of any of the Terms and Conditions set out herein gives ZERO DIGIT the right to take action against the User, which could extend to the User being blocked from accessing the Website/Mobile Application and / or legal action.
In the event that a User or Visitor is exposed to Content on the Website/Mobile Application which they believe is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or damaging towards any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company or individual, ZERO DIGIT encourages the User or Visitor to report such material to ZERO DIGIT at [info@zerodigit.in], so as to enable ZERO DIGIT to take appropriate action.
Indemnity
The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZERO DIGIT, and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, partners, licensors or agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access of the Website/Mobile Application; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms Conditions; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property, publicity or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that Content posted by you has caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Website/Mobile Application.
Visitor to Comply with Applicable Laws
This Website/Mobile Application may be accessible from places that are out the geographical boundaries of the Republic of India. ZERO DIGIT makes no representation that the material available on the Website/Mobile Application is appropriate for use in other locations. Visitors and Users that access the Website/Mobile Application from locations other that the geographical boundaries do so at their own risk, and shall be responsible for compliance with the laws of India.
Change of Terms and Conditions without notice
ZERO DIGIT may change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Continued use of this Website/Mobile Application indicates an acceptance to the Terms and Conditions herein and any subsequent changes that may be made from time to time. ZERO DIGIT recommends that the User / Visitor re visits these Terms and Conditions from time to time to understand and be fully aware of the user policy of this Website/Mobile Application.
