As an Amazon DSP, our primary responsibility is to deliver packages to Amazon customers within the designated delivery area. This includes picking up packages from an Amazon fulfillment center, sorting and loading them onto your delivery vehicles, and making deliveries to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and efficient manner. 

As a DSP, Zodiac is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing your own team of drivers who will be making the deliveries. This includes ensuring that drivers adhere to safety regulations, follow Amazon's delivery policies and procedures, and provide excellent customer service. 

ZEPL is responsible for managing their own fleet of delivery vehicles, including vans or trucks. This involves maintaining the vehicles, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs, managing fuel and other operational costs, and ensuring that the fleet is properly equipped to handle the delivery workload. 

Zodiac is responsible for planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure that packages are delivered efficiently. This involves using routing software, GPS tracking, and other tools to plan the most efficient routes, considering factors such as distance, traffic conditions, and delivery time windows. 

Zodiac is the face of Amazon to customers during package deliveries. Providing excellent customer service is a critical part of the role, including delivering packages accurately and on time, handling customer inquiries or issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. 

Zodiac is responsible for complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to package delivery, including safety regulations, labor laws, and other legal requirements. This includes maintaining proper permits, licenses, insurance, and other documentation as required by local or regional authorities, as well as adhering to Amazon's policies and guidelines.
