✨ VRChat Avatar Commissions - Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These policies are in place to ensure a clear, transparent, and fair working relationship between myself (the creator) and you (the client).

🛠️ Services Offered

I currently provide the following services:

• Avatar Retexturing – Recoloring, redesigning, or modifying textures to better suit your desired style, aesthetic, or theme.

• Unity Importing – Importing avatars and assets into Unity, ensuring that they are correctly set up for use in VRChat.

• Accessory & Clothing Integration – Adding pre-made clothing, hair, accessories, or other additional assets to an avatar.

• Menu & Toggle Setup – Creating menus and toggles that allow you to easily control different features of your avatar.

• Shaders, Particles, & Special Effects (SPS) – Applying shaders, particle effects, and visual enhancements to make your avatar stand out.

• NSFW Options (Optional) – For clients 18+, I also provide NSFW features such as nudity toggles and SPS setup. See NSFW Policy.

❌ Please note: I do not model avatars from scratch or create entirely new custom rigs unless agreed beforehand.

💰 Payment Terms

• Currency: All commission prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Paypal, Cashapp, Patreon.

• Deposit: A 50% upfront payment is required before any work begins. (Based on prices that Equal or Exceed the price of $50)

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before final delivery.

• Exceptions: Any other payment arrangements must be agreed to before work begins.

🔄 Refund Policy

• Full Refunds: Available only if work has not yet started.

• Partial Refunds: If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress.

• No Refunds After Delivery: Once the commission is finished and delivered, no refunds will be offered.

🔞 NSFW Content Policy

I offer optional NSFW avatar modifications and setups under strict rules.

✅ Allowed NSFW Features

• Nudity and clothing toggles

• SPS for NSFW features

• Adult-themed accessories, toys, or props (client must supply models)

• Basic body modifications (body shine, bulge toggles, booba sliders, etc.)

❌ Prohibited Content

• Underage or childlike avatars in any NSFW context (including chibi/small avatars resembling minors)

• Non-consensual, abusive, or coercive themes

• Bestiality, incest, or other extreme/illegal fetishes

• Hyper-gore, dismemberment, or extreme body horror NSFW

• Content that violates VRChat’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use (Expect NSFW Request)

⚠️ Client Requirements

• You must confirm that you are 18+ before commissioning NSFW work. Proof of age may be requested.

• All NSFW requests must be clearly communicated at the start of the commission.

• The client is fully responsible for providing legal base assets for NSFW modifications.

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel NSFW commissions that violate these guidelines.

• NSFW avatars are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

• I am not responsible for account bans/restrictions caused by NSFW content.

• I am not responsible for redistribution or misuse of the avatar after delivery.

• By commissioning NSFW services, you agree to these conditions.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

• Standard Delivery: Typical delivery is 1–3 weeks after work begins.

• Rush Orders: Projects within 5 days may be accepted with a rush fee.

• Updates: I provide regular progress updates at each major stage. (or more depends on how I like how its coming out)

📦 Client Responsibilities

• Must have all Assets/Avatars that you are wanting (some Asset/Avatar Creators have rules that say Both Parties Must Have Asset/Avatar)

• Give clear written instructions for toggles, effects, and requests.

✅ Usage Rights

All commissioned work is intended for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload my work.

• You may not claim my edits, textures, or setups as your own.

I reserve the right to share SFW previews/screenshots for portfolio use unless requested otherwise.

• I am not responsible for account bans/restrictions caused by NSFW content.

• I am not responsible for misuse or redistribution of the avatar after delivery.
