Dear Zen Yoga supporters,

I am sad to have to announce that we will be closing Zen Yoga at the end of the month, with Saturday morning yoga being our last class. It took a special kind of person, like Tesha, to come 6 days a week with multiple classes some days, just to barely make ends meet. Unfortunately, with her passing, none of us other teachers can take this on full time as we have other jobs. With multiple schools now in the area, we feel it is time to close at the end of our lease.

Gwen has asked me to do a final Yoga Nidra that Tesha recorded and we will do that this Friday night at 7PM at the center. For those of you who loved Tesha and her Yoga Nidra, this will be a farewell to both. We so appreciate everyone's support for this school over the last 10 years and hope to see you all in the community again soon.
