Zentii is a conversation-coaching app for iOS and Android. You upload a screenshot of a chat (or paste text), and Zentii uses a cloud-hosted AI model to summarise the conversation, flag signs of interest (green flags) or unhealthy patterns (red flags), and suggest replies you might send back.

To provide the analysis you ask for, Zentii transmits the chat screenshot (or pasted text) to a third-party AI inference provider:
Subprocessor: NVIDIA NIM — endpoint https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions, model nvidia/nemotron-3-nano-omni-30b-a3b-reasoning (with a fallback to meta/llama-3.2-90b-vision-instruct for images that Nemotron rejects).
The image is transmitted over HTTPS, base64-encoded inside a JSON request body.
NVIDIA processes the image in-memory and returns the analysis. Per NVIDIA's API Terms, request payloads are not retained for model training and are not stored beyond the request lifetime.
Zentii itself has no servers and stores no images or transcripts. We never build a profile of you, your conversations, or your contacts.
Before the first transmission, the app shows you an explicit consent dialog explaining exactly what is sent, where it goes, and that you can cancel. You must tap "Allow once" before any network request is made.

We do not request access to Contacts, Calendar, Microphone, Location, Motion, Health, Face ID, Bluetooth, or any device identifier (IDFA, IDFV).
If you upgrade to Zentii Pro, payment is handled by Apple StoreKit (or Google Play Billing on Android). We do not see your card number, billing address, or bank details. Apple processes the transaction and provides us only with:
A subscription status (active / expired / in grace period)
The product ID (zentii_pro_monthly, zentii_pro_yearly, zentii_pro_lifetime, or zentii_pro_weekly)
You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall screen.
Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled in your store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not store any payment information.
Zentii is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact ronorowazoro6@gmail.com and we will assist with deletion.
Because the AI inference is provided by NVIDIA, the image you upload may be processed in the United States or in the region of the data center closest to you (NVIDIA's APIs are routed to the nearest available region). By using Zentii you consent to this transfer.
NVIDIA participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, and is bound by EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from other jurisdictions.
Access — the history of every analysis you ran is visible on the Zentii home screen.
Deletion — clear all history at any time, or uninstall the app.
Withdraw consent — the consent dialog can be re-triggered from the help section; you may deny future analyses.
No profiling or automated decision-making — Zentii does not profile you, score you, or make decisions about you.
Data portability — request an export of your analysis history by emailing ronorowazoro6@gmail.com.
All network calls use TLS 1.2+.
The AI API key used by the app is a published public key; sensitive operations require server-side authentication we do not currently perform (we process no user data on our own servers).
The app sandbox isolates your on-device history from other apps.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.
We will update this policy if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated inside the app on next launch.
