1. Pre-Order Policy

At Zentd Collectibles, pre-orders are used to reserve limited-edition premium statues directly from the respective studio, manufacturer, or creator.

To confirm a pre-order, a non-refundable deposit must be paid. This deposit is used to reserve the unit for the collector and is paid toward the respective studio/manufacturer/creator.

Pre-order deposit amounts are usually between 30% – 40% of the total statue value, but the required amount may vary depending on the statue, studio, and order terms.

All completion dates provided for pre-order statues are estimated timelines given by the studio/manufacturer. These timelines may change depending on the studio’s production process, quality control, shipping schedule, or other delays.

Most premium statues are available only during the official pre-order period. After release, availability may be very limited, sold out worldwide, or available only through cancelled reservations or resale at a higher price.

The pre-order deposit will only be refunded if the studio officially cancels the project.

2. Payment / Installment Policy 

Zentd Collectibles accepts payments mainly through bank transfer to maintain transparency and proper transaction records. 

Each transaction will be recorded and supported through separate invoices for clear payment tracking. 

After the initial pre-order deposit is made, collectors may request a customized payment plan. Installment plans can be arranged based on the collector’s requirement and a reasonable monthly payment amount. 

Payment plans may continue until the statue is released. If the full payment is completed by the time of release, the statue can be shipped as soon as possible after release and shipping arrangements are confirmed. 

A payment plan may also continue after the statue has been released. In such cases, the statue will only be shipped or delivered after the full payment has been completed. 

All outstanding balances must be settled before final delivery.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Pre-order deposits are non-refundable, as the deposit is used to reserve the statue directly with the respective studio/manufacturer/creator. 

A full deposit refund will only be issued if the studio officially cancels the project due to reasons such as lack of reservations, low demand, or cancellation by the manufacturer. 

Refunds will not be provided for collector-initiated cancellations, change of mind, payment delays, or failure to complete the agreed payment plan. 

Each statue is checked and verified before leaving the studio/manufacturer and again before local delivery. 

Once the statue has been delivered, refunds will not be provided.

If a clearly noticeable damage is identified before delivery or during verification, the collector will be informed promptly. Where applicable, a reasonable compensation/refund may be provided depending on the nature and severity of the damage.

Premium resin statues are extremely fragile collectibles. Minor chips, small paint imperfections, or less noticeable shipping-related marks may occur despite careful packaging. Refunds will not be provided for minor or less noticeable damages that do not significantly affect the overall display value of the statue.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All statues are shipped with additional protective packaging and reinforced packing methods to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Premium resin statues are highly fragile, and while every effort is made to protect each item, shipping risk cannot be fully eliminated.

After the studio announces the release of a statue, international shipping may usually take around 2 – 3 months, depending on the studio’s release schedule, overseas collector shipment timeline, shipping method, customs process, and other external factors.

Shipping timelines may vary from statue to statue and from studio to studio.

Before final local delivery, the statue will be verified as much as possible to confirm its condition. If any noticeable damage is found before delivery, the collector will be informed promptly.

Local delivery within Sri Lanka will be handled through a trusted third-party delivery service to ensure safe transportation.

Final delivery will only be arranged once the full payment has been completed.

5. Authenticity & Product Information Disclaimer

All statues provided by Zentd Collectibles are authentic premium collectibles acquired directly from the respective studio, manufacturer, creator, or studio factory/source.

High-end premium statues usually include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or authenticity card. Most statues are also individually numbered as part of an exclusive limited-edition release.

All product details, including size, scale, materials, edition size, estimated completion date, and special features, are provided based on official information from the respective studio/manufacturer.

Zentd Collectibles aims to provide accurate product information based on the details released by the manufacturer. However, final product details, release timelines, packaging, accessories, and specifications may be subject to change by the studio/manufacturer.

As premium statues are handcrafted collectibles, slight variations may occur between prototype images, promotional images, and the final production piece. These variations are part of the nature of handmade limited-edition collectibles.

Zentd Collectibles is not responsible for changes made by the studio/manufacturer after the product has been announced or reserved.
