End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ZenseMe. By downloading or using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

ZenseMe grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  
  

• You may not use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  
  

• You may not duplicate, rent, lease, or resell the app without written permission.
  
  

3. Objectionable Content Policy

• We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
  
  

• Objectionable content includes hate speech, harassment, nudity, threats, violence, and illegal activity.
  
  

• Users can report objectionable content using the in-app reporting tools.
  
  

• Users can block other users who engage in abusive behavior.
  
  

• Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours and may result in removal or account termination.
  
  

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for behavior that violates this agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZenseMe shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
