Jonah underwent psychological assessment at a child psychiatrist.
Diagnosis:
- Dyslexia
- Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Recommendations for treatment:
- Prescribed 24mg of Methylphenidate for daily consumption for ADHD.

4/6/15, Age 18:
Due to his mental disorders, Jonah was given a psychological evaluation in the US Armed Forces M.E.P.S program.
Diagnosis:
- Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) [sustained]
- Dyslexia [sustained]
Recommendations for treatment: Continue current treatment plans, no additional treatment recommended. Given waivers for disorders and permitted entrance to the Armed Forces.

12/15/21, Age 24:
Jonah was given a full psychological evaluation upon being discharged from the U.S. Air Force on "mental health" grounds. While somewhat legitimate, it was later revealed to be a partial cover-up to hide his involvement in the incident with SCP-███-1/-2.
Diagnosis:
- Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) [sustained]
- Dyslexia [sustained]
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); avoidance, survivor's guilt, altered emotional reactions
- Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)
Recommendations for treatment:
- Increased dosage of Methylphenidate to 36mg daily for ADHD
- Therapy for PTSD, with a focus on mental processing and emotional recovery
- Admittance to a 28-day inpatient recovery facility, and thereafter commitment to Alcoholics Anonymous® support group (also known as "AA")
