Hello there! I'm Antonia Marie, the heart and soul behind Zenful Sparks, LLC, right here in our vibrant Kansas City community. For me, Zenful Sparks isn't just a business; it's the blossoming of a long-held dream – a calling to help others on their journey towards healing and well-being.

Born and raised in the comforting embrace of Kansas City, I've always felt a deep connection to this community and a genuine desire to offer support and healing to those around me. Becoming a Reiki Master in 2021 was a pivotal moment, allowing me to step fully onto this path of service.  Whilst attending a retreat in November 2024, I was encouraged and supported fully to follow my passions, to take a leap of faith, and move forward into establishing a public practice.  

Beyond my passion for energy healing, I embrace life with open arms and a curious spirit. You might find me serving as the Public Relations Chair for the wonderful Enlightened Healing Arts, coordinating events, participating on my Condominium HOA Board, enthusiastically attending a lively trivia or game night, or even hosting a murder mystery. I believe in living life to the fullest, with a dash of adventure and a whole lot of soul!

My personal philosophy, the very essence of those "Zenful Sparks," is rooted in authenticity and a deep belief in our innate capacity for healing. Here are a few guiding lights I live by:

• Feel the fear, then lean into it! Growth often lies just beyond our comfort zone. I'd rather embrace an experience and learn from it than wonder "what if?"

• Balance is key: Moderation in all things, coupled with dedicated self-care and unwavering self-compassion (yes, I talk to myself like my best friend!), are essential for a joyful life.

• Happiness comes from within: True contentment isn't found externally but cultivated from the inside out.

• Keep it simple and travel often: A little less fuss and a lot more exploration can do wonders for the soul!

Looking back, my advice to my younger self – and what I wholeheartedly believe for all of us – is to always be true to yourself. Question your motivations. Are you living for your own authentic desires, or are you being swayed by external pressures? True fulfillment blossoms when we align our lives with our deepest values.

I am truly inspired by the human capacity for resilience and healing, and it is an honor to walk alongside others as they tap into their own inner wisdom and potential. At Zenful Sparks, my aim is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with your own zenful sparks and illuminate your path towards greater well-being.
