5:15 - 5:30 pm: Period: Footwork/Drops/Lower Body Mechanics
Emphasis: Connect Upper Body Path with Lower Body
Drills: Dak Prescott, Runaway Drill, Lateral Scoot, Vertical Scoot
5:30 - 5:45 pm Period: Fundy Drills (2 Groups)
Emphasis: Associate Footwork with Specific Styles of Throws
Drills: Live Weave, Sticks, Quick Fire, Lean & Lag, Pocket Movement
5:45 - 6:00 pm Period: Variety of Throws
Emphasis: Bring Upper and Lower Body Mechanics Together in a Group Period with WR/TE/RB's
Drills: Level 1/2/3, Back Shoulder, Throwing On-Time, Gun, Under Center, Play Action, RPO
