Data Usage

All data (habit logs, preferences, and settings) is stored locally within your browser using Chrome's `storage` API. ZenBoard does not use cloud storage or external APIs.

Permissions

ZenBoard requires the following permissions to function:

storage: to save user habits, preferences, and progress locally in your browser.
notifications: to remind users about their habits (e.g., when a study session ends or a reminder is due).
alarms: to schedule and trigger time-based habits (e.g., 1-hour study timers or recurring daily reminders).
offscreen: to keep timers running in the background and play audio alerts, even if the extension popup is closed.

ZenBoard does not request access to your browsing history, personal information, or any other data. No data is transmitted to third parties.
