More than a school. A community. Tuition-free for members.
The Rose and Isadore Zeman School is Oheb Shalom Congregation’s religious school for children in Kindergarten through 7th grade.
We work with kids and families to build a connection to Jewish identity so that Jewish joy continues throughout their lifetime.
Each of our students is unique, precious, and known by our faculty and staff. By the time they graduate, students have developed a strong love of Judaism and Jewish community, inspiring them to remain engaged throughout their lifetime.
At Zeman, we know that our children are Jews who live in the modern world. These lives should complement each other as parts of your child’s complex identity.
Here you'll find the who, what, where, and when of our program.
Overview: What is Zeman?
We’re inspired by a desire to expand our community and remove barriers that might prevent people from engaging in Jewish life and education.
Learning Goals & Logistics
Each of our students is unique, precious, and known by our faculty and staff. By the time they graduate, students have developed a strong love of Judaism and Jewish community.
Family Engagement
Creating a sense of community is important. We don’t think we've fulfilled our goals unless you want to be here as much as your kids do.
