ZeitPilot collects and stores employee information including:
Name and contact details (email, phone number)
Employment information (department, job title)
Attendance logs (check-in/check-out times, location if enabled)
Leave requests and approval information
All collected data is used solely for HR management purposes, including:
Recording attendance and work hours
Processing leave requests
Managing employee records within your organization
Your data is stored securely through Firebase (Google Cloud) with servers located in the European Union.
All information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We do not share your data with third parties except:
Firebase/Google Cloud, as our technical hosting provider
When required by law or regulatory authorities
You have the right to:
Access your personal data
Request correction of incorrect information
Request deletion of your data (where legally permissible)
