Background:

Roadside walls are structures along highways and main roads. These structures have various construction features. Roadside walls, including highway sound barriers and retaining walls, have the functionalities of noise reduction, rising visual interest, and soil management. However, there is lack of an accurate and automated approach for roadside wall detection with construction features. The development of such a tool could achieve scientific decision-making and smart asset management.
