Welcome to my page!

I am a Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Renewable-Energy Technologies at the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering (MPE), Aarhus University. I lead the Thermodynamic and Renewable Energy Research Group

Our group focuses on advancing research at the Energy-Water Nexus, addressing two of the most critical global challenges: providing affordable, clean energy and ensuring sustainable water solutions. Our research combines physics-based modeling and data-driven approaches to uncover and predict complex thermo-fluidic phenomena across scales: from fundamental mechanisms at the microscale to the integrated behavior of large-scale renewable energy and water systems. Our broader vision is to enable the sustainable integration of energy and water systems, contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals on Clean Energy (SDG 7) and Clean Water (SDG 6), while supporting global efforts toward climate change mitigation and a resilient green transition.
