About Zednem Solutions

Zednem Solutions, formerly Zednem Drafts, was started in 2018 to offer contract civil CAD drafting, including but not limited to Boundary and Topographic Survey plans, Engineering Surveying computations (volumetric, profiles/cross sections). Since 2021 our services have expanded to include Geographic Information Sciences (GIS) in the form of data acquisition, analysis and modeling. Our clientele consists of Surveying and Engineering firms over varied geographical regions, including Jamaica, United States of America and Grenada.

At Zednem Solutions, our mission is to achieve and maintain clientele satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely projects. We aim to cultivate long-term relationships with our clients by improving and expanding our services continuously.

SERVICES

Boundary Survey Drafting

Boundary surveys are conducted by licensed Land Surveyors to accurately determine property boundaries for legal purposes including resolving property disputes.

Our experienced team helps to convert field work and points into detailed Boundary maps/plat, Subdivision Plans, Mortgage Survey Plans or ALTA/NSPS Survey plans.

Topographic Survey Drafting

A Topographic Survey Plan is a detailed and accurate representation of the natural and man-made features of a specific area of land. The site's elevation is represented using contour lines and/or spot elevations.

Topographic Surveys can also be used to support Engineering Projects in the form of Volumetric Computations, Road Designs, Profiles and Cross Sections.

GIS Mapping

Our GIS mapping services range from spatial data acquisition to data modeling, analysis, visualization, and management. Our experience enables a combination of GIS services with CAD services to manipulate spatial data efficiently.

Data Conversion

Our data conversion services include PDF to CAD, LIDAR DXF to Contours, and Photogrammetric data processing for Surface models.

Chantelle Mendez

Founder and CEO

Chantelle is the CEO at Zednem Solutions. She founded the company back in 2018 after working as a field surveyor for some time. With her hands-on experience in the surveying industry, coupled with her Master's in Geoinformatics (UWI), she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and practical knowledge to her role as CEO.

Chantelle’s leadership fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement, driving the company forward and solidifying its position as a trusted partner in the industry. Always pushing the boundaries of what's possible, she continually challenges Team Zednem to strive for the next level of precision, efficiency, and innovation.

Tifani McIntosh

Civil CAD Technician

As a Civil CAD Tech, Tifani connects the dots and brings life to Survey and Engineering plans at Zednem Solutions. Tifani holds a BSc in Geography (UWI), a love for Geospatial Information Sciences (GIS) and a keen eye for details. She manages several company portfolios, her favorite of which is Topographic plans for Fred Belfon and Associates.

Whenever she takes a break from drawing lines, Tifani dives into the Social Media undertakings at Zednem Solutions. Yes, the funny and catchy videos on our Stationery and Printing page @zednem.solutions were more than likely created by Tifani.

Makalia Williams

Customer Service Rep.

As Customer Service Representative, Makalia is the first face you see when you walk through the doors of Zednem Solutions; and highly possibly the first voice you hear when you call our office.

Makalia is somewhat a Jill of all trades. Whenever she’s not busy with Customer Service, she dabbles a little in CAD drafting or her next favorite -Vinyl Shirt printing.

Makalia is also our Events Coordinator. Yes, she’s the one behind our Crazy Socks Day, Pixie Gift sharing and more to come in 2025.
