Itinerary

Arrival and check in at the Gilgandra Motel, 54 Warren Rd, Gilgandra. Welcome dinner and drinks kicks off from 6:00pm. Zoe & Linda from Gilgandra Fish Shop will be providing a takeaway spread for us. Please complete the google form at HERE to help us with catering. BYO drinks.

Cruise to the Imperial Hotel, 70 John St Coonabarabran, for lunch. Please see the Cruise Day page for more information, and be ready to leave at 11:00am. If you have CB UHF radio please set the channel 10 for the cruise.

Our lunch booking at the Imperial Hotel is for 12:30 under AUS300.

Our Show & Shine event will be held at Hunter Park , a short drive from the motel at 1 Warren Rd, Gilgandra. Setup from 9:00am, show and judging from 10:00am.

TThe awards and presentation dinner will be held on site from 6:30pm in the function room at Dragon & Phoenix Chinese Restaurant, 65 Miller St Gilgandra . Please complete the google form at HERE to help us with booking enough places.
