By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is designed to help users check content for similarity and improve writing using AI tools.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit

• You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes

• You must review and verify any generated content before using or submitting it

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses automated systems to analyze and rewrite content.

• Results may not always be accurate or complete

• Generated content should be reviewed before use

• We do not guarantee originality or correctness of results

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a subscription or one-time purchase.

• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

• No refunds are provided except as required by Apple policies

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Tanveer Ahmad and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues resulting from the use of the App

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.
