Hello everyone. I am not sure if this is the best place for this but I wanted to share my experience setting up the managed app config for Google Chrome on Android. This took me several days as I tested a bunch of settings and had limited success getting the settings to sync to my android devices. I wrote an internal KB for any future admins here at this organization but, wanted to share it with other Systems Manager users as I could not find a lot of good information/help documents on the internet for this process.

If you find a solution that is not mentioned in this section or in Chrome DevTools Devices does notdetect device when plugged in, please add an answer to that Stack Overflow question, or open anissue in the developer.chrome.com repository!

In chrome://inspect/#devices on your development machine, you see your Android device's model name, followed byits serial number. Below that, you can see the version of Chrome that's running on the device, with the version number in parentheses.

Each remote Chrome tab gets its own section in chrome://inspect/#devices. You can interact with that tab from this section. If there are any apps using WebView, you see a section for each of those apps, too. In this example, there's only one tab open.

So far it works great in every single mobile browser in iOS (chrome and safari). However when I tested the site on my Android Nexus 4 device (I tested the website in both Chrome and firefox) the navigation bar displays some weird behavior. When I scroll the navigation stays fixed but does not shift upward as the browser's address bar disappears. Rather it waits for you to stop touching/scrolling and then it awkwardly snaps the navigation to its right position. This bug is more prominent in Chrome. I'm so confused as to why this is happening.

Hi. For some reason, Zoom stopped launching meetings through the browser in Chrome on my android. When I choose the meeting from my calendar, it will ask me to launch the meeting, and when selected, nothing happens. I uninstalled the zoom app, and now I can't finish the process of logging in because of course, it will not launch. Can someone please help?

And if you don't see the option, don't worry: Google's taking its good sweet time making this one universally available, but you can manually activate it this minute by typing chrome:flags into your browser's address bar, typing button into the search box on the screen that comes up, then finding the line labeled "Adaptive button in top toolbar customization" and changing its setting from "Default" to "Enabled."

We are looking to add in app for them to access their company details but do not want to store any cache or autofill in chrome. The crew will be responsible for logging out but we do not want to store any of this information.

Hi

I am encountering a problem with my website, which is an Open Publish 3.0 website (Drupal 7). The theme, Gazette, is a subtheme of Omega 3.

i am having no trouble with chrome, safari or Firefox on the laptop. It also loads just fine on my iphone.

On a Galaxy tablet (Chrome) none of the links are clickable for at least a minute.

Also, this only appears to be on the front page, which does have a lot of blocks/elements. ff782bc1db
